Hello Shaga. Ronaldo is looking more like his price tag this season. Giggs is looking more like a monkey.

gerrard and alonso are potentially the best central midfield pairing but as for the two wingers? well we still have no idea what nunez is like, i think gacia is better used sopporting the strikers but who knows time will tell if he can play in midfield or not and as for kewell we all know the problems he's having but he could be excellent if he gets his act together.

Our Central pairing is the weakest I can remember. Roy Keane looks spent ,although he wasnt missed against arsenal.
Hopefully our young manager can find a replacement, wont be easy. Liverpool have more of a weakness out wide,Thank God Kewell didnt come here. But again that problem will be resolved by Benitez also. So its fair to say none of us have the best midfield in the premiership. ??? Chelsea perhaps :glare:

young manager
?

Alonso and Gerrard are class in midfield. Hopefuly Nunez will be good like the rest of the Spaniards. Luis Garcia is getting the job done as a midfielder even though some say he isn't one. Garcia is capable of playing both in the midfield and up front. He is a class player non the less.

Yes, your Pizza eating, soup licking young manager...right!  :D

Alonso and Gerrard will be able to compliment each other very nicely, but w/o Hamann covering, we need a more solid and pacy CB?

Garcia can play both wings and striker role, and it will be interesting to see him and Cisse interchange roles during the game. Kewell need to find his feet fast or Rafa should give Warnock an extended run in the first XI. Riise don't looked too convincing in this role and with Bambi improving at LB, he might find himself out of the starting XI altogether.

It's still early days and there are bound to have more hicups...but things are looking good  :)
