It's amazing how people pick and choose things to enable them to justify their anti Rafa stance.
Yes he spent money - he also won the CL , the FA Cup , constantly in the CL beating every single top team to become the Number 1 Ranked team in Europe, he gave us our best prem season in 20 odd years.
It's quite simple that our record under Rafa is better than any manager in the last 20 years and he is a proven manager. One poor season doesn't hide that nor does it overshadow it.
You carry on trying to justify yourself because you wanted him sacked - I'm sure you were delighted in that result and the 6 months that happened after under his replacement. You lot got your wish last time , im glad it seems the ones who want Kenny gone aren't going to get their wish a second time.
On that note I'm out of here - Kenny will be our manager next season , either support him or f*ck off to Chelsea where your attitude is a prerequisite to being one of their fans.

Also he didn't issue any come and get me plea - that was just the headline created which obviously you swallowed up which once again is no surprise.
You want Kenny out and replaced by a manager to get us into the top 4 - we there is someone who has proven to do that on a regular basis but I forgot you have in the past demanded he was also sacked.
righto Benny, the fact we didn't win a game for 6 weeks after that had no connection with Rafa ranting, eh?![]()
I can only assume your paranoia over the media means you don't watch television, otherwise you'd have seen Rafa on the BBC touting himself for the Chelsea job. It was blatant, it was obvious, it was cringeworthy watching Rafa outline why he'd be a great Chelsea manager. IT also had the Chelsea fans going into meltdown, because they didn't want him.

I am getting so fed of of this Rafa love in.
what i would like to add to what you have just said is that if you trust some media (like i do,BBC) then Rafa has also tried to put his name in the hat for 6 ovther jobs since his last sacking, one of them being the England job.
the truth is that the football world fear Rafa as a manager ...not for he good he can do but the bad he will do, his spending at Liverpool was out of control, he added players to the club every few weeks, yes the club made some money back on players but lets face it one of them is still out on loan and he cost us something like 20mil.
Rafa is seen as a danger man due to the contract he asks for, full control over buying players and the youth set up and he spending money, unless you are man city ou are never going to buy the players he is after.

But hey, lets bring Rafa back. He only spent £227 million last time, maybe he could break the £500 million mark and bring in Gareth Barry like he always wanted. After all, he’s better than Alonso, right?
