We clearly have some players underperforming (or unable to perform at the level we'd like) and sometimes it looks like Kenny's starting XIs, tactics or substitutions don't make sense, and we have an issue right now with our finishing. But there have been too many times since the King returned where we have played fantastically, with real energy and verve, to say that he is getting it wrong. What I find most frustrating is the inconsistency - the Liverpool that plays Everton or (another?

) big team is completely different to the Liverpool that plays the rest of the teams in the league. This has been a problem for Kenny, for Roy, for Rafa...
This, it seems to me, is the biggest problem we need to solve - and I don't think it is selections or transfers or tactics or substitutions - it is a cultural problem. Somehow turning up for the big games and cruising through the rest of the games has become part of the club's culture. Culture change is bloody hard, but the pay off will be significant. This is what I'm looking for Kenny to change; to get a hunger in the players each and every Saturday.
