I have not stated "i want Kenny sacked"

Well saying things like "Sound out Mourinho" tend to imply that you don't want Kenny as manager.

and saying thing like "45 mins to save his job" during half time of a cup final.

"We spent a fortune on average british players. As far as im concerned that is sackable."

Gives us a far better clue about Kerrys position on KK...

Aldo reckons were done for 4th place! Just how long did it take him to come up with that masterpiece of a prediction. He should be working for Paddy Power!

Aldo - it's not over until it's over! Keep the faith and saying a few prayers might just help!

Agreed. I cannot as a supporter give up. Anyone giving up now are as bad as those who left Istanbul at half time.

I think some teams are going to slip up, for us to get 4th its means no draws and not to get beat for the rest of the season. it can be done but its going to be very hard and need a lots of other results to go our way, but its been a strange year for results so you never know.

The thing about Liverpool is that we gave up doing things the easy way in the mid 80's lol

I'm not confident of getting 4th spot now, but I hope we just give it a go in the remaining game then build again in the summer. Hopefully we will improve next season and achieve our goal

Aye much the same mate, looks like no move in the league from last season although no one can say our overall play hasnt been better. If we had one other player on 10 goals we would probably be top four so even though we could well end up in 7th again i do think there has been improvement.......... Enough though.... well no, not quite but the line is getting narrower. Back the boss if we manage to bring in 2 first teamers who actually perform next season could well be a different story, then we`ve been saying that for a while now.
As you can see I`m in two minds, ones pi$$ed off the other wants to back the club and the manager. The thing is its hard to get the kind of player we need with no CL footie, so hope the scouting department are working there socks off. We are not far away most of our good results have come agaist the top sides, still the same old problem of breaking teams down and putting the ball in the back of the net when we do. It really is the difference between a team in 7th and one in 2nd or 1st.
Dont judge a book by the cover, unless you cover just another, because blind exceptance is a sign,
Of stupid fools who stand in line......  Like..

Two things I dislike about Kenny's tactics is a) Jordan Henderson playing on the right and b) Charlie Adam in a midfield two.

Jordan Henderson's better performances this season have all been from the CM position and Charlie Adam seems to work better in a midfield trio, instead of a duo.

Other than that I'd say Kenny's tactical approach and formations have largely been spot on, we've just been unfortunate not to have been more clinical in front of goal.

Henderson will probably get moved infield next year with another winger coming in. Hopefully he'll start to show some more of his true potential when that happens.

I do hope so because Jordan Henderson is not a wide player.

Getting a RW in the summer is a must seeing as we have gone a long time without a natural winger.

Hope Kenny is watching Athletic Bilbao take Man U to the cleaners. Spanish players, such as Javi Martinez, are on a different planet to English players.

Kenny's methods, tactics, motivation, formation etc. are all good, his English signings are god awful.

England get dismantled every 2 years at major tournaments, Kenny signing players who aren't even good enough to get into such teams beggers belief.

I can understand the signings of Carroll and Henderson because they are players with potential to become very solid players, I was never convinced with Adam or Downing, but I am leaving judgment on Kenny's signings until the latter part of next season.

If Kenny believes that he can forge British based squad and lead Liverpool to success domestically and abroad then he's barking up the wrong tree.
