If Andy is picked I just hope we pile on with men in their penalty area when we hoof the ball to him. If we don't it's just a waste of time picking him.

Would Maxi be more effective than Downing?

The other thing folks are forgetting is we need two line ups, the starting and the 70 minute changes.

I'd happily start with Bellamy/Suarez then bring Carroll/Downing/Kuyt on at 70 minutes. But a complete waste of time to do it on 85 minutes....

I like this line up a lot, then after 65 mins if we're struggling for a goal we still have Bellamy to come on and inject some fresh pace. I like it, a lot.

I think Maxi would be effective for his usual 12 minutes out of the 90, but you never know he may get a goal???

Maxi for me goes missing far too much in games, but when he is in the game he is normally very good. So Frustrating

Despite signs of recent improvement I'm not sure if I'd start Carroll for this one. I'd prefer to see a combo of Suarez and Bellamy up front.
