I didn't think Adam's first yellow was a booking, the spurs players are just throwing themselves all over the place at every chance like they're playing in the mexican league. Suarez's wasn't a booking and Coates got a bit of the ball. Bale went down like a fooking fairy on roofies.... It's been absolutely ridiculous. 5 bookings on 6 fouls.

cant blame the ref even though he isnt helping.we are getting it wrong on so many levels and are just plain cack.

there's a high chance we'll end up with 9 men but let's not forget even before Adam's sending off, we were horrible. the referee's performance has merely given us an excuse for losing the game, if we lose.

Who cares about the rule book, the unwritten rule about not giving that yellow happens far more often than the yellow actually being given when it is warranted so for it to be given is sh!te. If that were a United player against Chelsea or us that yellow would not have been given.

From the go spurs looked up for it, we looked uninterested and lethargic.

No movement, awful passing, lack of ideas.

Hendo - awful awful, non existent
Adam - Red card saved him, a tortoise beat him down the tunnel
Skrtel - Not his fault, shouldnt be at right back
Lucas - :censored:

poor passing
Carroll - no threat, not that he has seen the ball
Suarez - see carroll

Charlie Adam has now been shown 13 PL cards (12Y, 1R) since the start of 2010-11, only Cheik Tioté has seen more (16Y).

I remember the days when in training, Liverpool used to play 10 against 11 and sometimes 9 - 11 to ensure we could adapt and play even in the deepest darkest hours.

Those should be the words of Kenny to the players. Well why not? it works so bloody well for every other team.

Yeah as sucky as the ref has been (and he has), the team has been beyond poor. You can't make excuses for what we're seeing.
