I think I would

He'll be a waste of space...and to let him wear the Liverbird again will be a betrayal to most fans and make us a joke in football

at least this lying scum is partially right...in football world honesty no longer exist...he's only in this for money so what better way than to join the group of mercenaries playing for the group of plastic fans at the Bridge, at least until Real come asking for his service.

Oh I bet John Terry will like to be your best friend tho, he'll take care of you and your family...just ask Wayne Bridge  :nod

I agree.

Owen is a traitor, like Torres.

Owen gave us YEARS of service, then went to try something new. In todays football there are no longer players like Carragher or (shudder to say it) Neville. At least Owen gave his best for a long time, not like Torres. Owen has never spoken bad of the club, not like Torres. Owen gave us 8 years, then went for something different. Torres went purely for money after saying so many lies.

he loved playing for England. I've got nothing against Owen, or Macca even. They gave there bit for us.. unlike Torres who rushed to leave and keeps having a go, even though hes playing sh!t.. he can feck off. Owen will be in the Liverpool history books, Torres is already forgotten

got to agree Daws, I hate Owen for going to Man U but in hindsight its easy to understand why he went there. He's in the twilight of his career now, we easily got his best years and he's one of the reasons I started following this football club. In terms of rememberance, Owen will always be there, Torres is forever tarnished

I was really disappointed with Owen since he was one of my idols... but yes on hindsight what he did was far less serious than what torres did in comparison... Owen left for another league in another country... then he went to Newcastle and only after that he went to the Mancs... Torres went straight to one of our rivals...

Sorry I cant be so forgiving of Owen. His departure to Spain with length of the contract he had left and just as Rafa arrived so we got screwed by Real left me very bitter.

You can slag off Torres all you want but you cant complain about the price tag

Owen left because he wanted to win trophies, and after 8 years of waiting I can somewhat understand that.  It doesn't make it ok, but I can understand.  He left the country, and when he came back he played for Newcastle and then he had no options.  He had a player profile pamphlet thing made of himself basically trying to sell himself to anybody.  Fergie figured getting one of our legends would be mind games and really bother us, but it hasn't, it just made us disrespect owen.  Torres flat out left after saying he wanted to stay and went to one of our rivals, and was unprofessional as hell about it.  You have no chance but to be angry.

I like what Torres said about not settling yet.  He's claiming that it's been hard and London is so different then Liverpool.  Well you never should have left you little fecking c#nt!

It's dawning on him that he's made a huge mistake.  I don't think he likes London much and he's realizing it now.  Good luck :)
