no Roy in sinking on a ship that was holed by Rafa, but Rafa ship was already very old and about to sink at anytime.

Lakes ,rafa has gone .He's not coming back .He left six months ago . Stop blaming rafa and get over it . You are the only person that brings him up now . Give it a rest . Everyone bar you can see that hodgson is the one at fault here and should be sacked.

yes mate but there are some that are giving roy a hard time just to try and get rafa back..........yes that why there was a banner at the game asking the board to bring back rafa.

look even if you put god as the manager he will do no better than what we have right now, we need to build a new team, and yes if that means a new manager so be it. but what some fans must understand is that untill the right sort of player come to the club any manager is going to find it very hard hear.

for me the blame on the way we have been is this

roy 30&
Rafa 70%

by that i mean the players we have are no up to it. they wre not up to it last season....thats why they only got 5 more points in away games then what roy dd last year.

Roy has mucked up a few times in the way he has asked the players to play but also when your top player keeps giving the ball away it makes things very hard on the team and manager.

there were a lot there last night saying that Roy did not have guts to take Torres off......yes and that is true, but could you see the stick roy would have got if he took torres of and we still lost 0-1

Roy 50%
LFC Players 50%

Forget rafa, he is gone. Roy's team lost to wolves yesterday. Roy has to go soon. It should be very easy to find an improvement on him although it won't be a world-class manager.

There are plenty managers out there who can ensure that this squad finishes 5th or 6th. Roy will not get us that.

Hodgson must know that even during good times its a massive gaff to hit out at the fans and for him to take this line now is absolutely incredible. I mean does he seriously have an ego that big to imagine he can come out with that and stay on as manager, its baffling and is a clear indication hes completely lost all sense of reality. If hes still in post Anfield will be a roman ampitheatre against Bolton with him being wheeled out as bait for the lions and he can bet on the kop being in good voice that afternoon alright.

Roy's bullsh.it comments sound to me like someone eyeing up himself a nice severance package. It's unbelievable that any manager (even with 35 years experience) could be so inept that he continually keeps putting his fecking size 9 orthopaedics in his mouth every time someone shows him a camera and microphone.

I'm convinced he's trying to get himself and his cockney halfwit crony (Kelly) a nice pension out of LFC and compromising the good of the clubs on pitch health to get it.

He needs to go now with Kenny coming in till the summer and Commolli and the board using that time to identify a long term appointment.

ROY HODGSON - G.T.F.O NOW!!!

How anyone can still blame anyone else but Roy is mind blowing. To even say that a percentage as big as 50/50 of blame shared between players and manager is equally so. Roy found a decent partnership between Lucas and Merieles in the middle, but as soon as Gerrard gets fit, he splits it up again and shifts Raul out wide right and Kuyt out left when Maxi is hitting some form? Agger has been fit, yet he plays either Skrtle or the Greek? Aurelio, once again, fit, yet he plays a puddin called Konchesky in his position when it's obvious Aurelio is no brainer. I could go on all day. The fact is that the man in charge hasn't a f*cking ounce of clue how to manage these players. He's taken a world class center forward and brought him down to championship, or lower, levels. Last night, pepe Reina had almost 3 times more touches of the ball than what Torres had. That says it all.

I'd say Roy 40%
Previous Owners 58%
Rafa 1%
Rest 1%

We have been screaming for quality players for years in certain positions and the owners just hasn't taken their responsiblity to make the club successful.

Postby red till i die!! » Thu Dec 30, 2010 9:36 pm

i cant lay the blame at any other person except roy hodgson.
he's the man in charge.
he picks the team.
he decides the tactics.
he's brought in new players.
no one else deserves credit for this abysmal season except him.
he has been here for 6 months and the only progress he has made is bringing us down the table to where a man of his managerial ability belongs.
pathetic results, performances and excuses seem to be his only qualities.

Jesus, he's had a go at the Anfield fans now? Perhaps if he could set up a team that was capable of beating the worst away side in all four divisions this season he would start to turn the support around, but sadly he couldnt do that. Roy, yer done lad, the job was too big for ya. Time to move on.
