Starting to question Maddocks motives as he appears to be stoking the fire at times in an attempt to unsettle LFC!!

You have to take a tabloid articles (especially 1 with no quotes) with a pinch of salt and I am delighted Pepe has come out so quickly and put this to bed. Encouraging words about the new owners as well. It would appear they are talking to senior players in an attempt to steady the ship.

i heard they threatened to not pay the goakeeper coaches finance on his mobility scooter so he backed down and apologised to Pepe.

As usual lots of nonsense talked as people jumped on the rumour with glee "well we all know why Pepe fecking wants away" etc etc. So what if it's a complete load of nonsense, at least spending the morning putting the boot in passed a bit of time didn't it?

There'll be anohter rumour along before next week I should think, Torres "I'd much prefer it if we created more chances" or something, which we can all misconstrue into "Roy is a sh!t manager and he plays too defensive and I hate the c...", before Torres points out that he said no such thing.

No need for any "ah right, sorry guys it seems like I was way wide of the mark on this one" either, stuff like that isn't necessary anymore.

mick, i'd pretty much agree with your central message but i don't think your doing yourself or the general ambience of the forum any favours with this kind of post. its clear that you don't agree with the stuff a lot of people are coming out with but constantly addressing it this way is only going to stoke the fires.

hopefully people who have been quick to jump to conclusions will bit by bit realise that its normally not a good idea to do so. most stories have two sides and ones concerning this club at the moment tend to have about 50.

Id like to know were anyone has been jumping with glee , from what i have read and also what i even put myself , was Pepe has got a gob on him hes never been short to come out and say his piece so i wanted him to knock this on the head staight away, which he has done, if he wouldnt of done then i would of been worried, Some of us were distraught at the thought of him leaving . others already had a keeper lined up and others were spending the 20 million that we could of got for him, Strange that glee jumping in it
