I know you like your "go the game" jibes :D, but there's more to a club being united than that. Anyway I can't be bothered to talk about it right now to tell the truth, so I'll leave it with you.

Well explain your point - you keep bringing it up and if it's been evident since before yanks arrived why haven't you mentioned it before and why didn't you say people should unite behind Rafa ?

All his signings contributed nothing positive to the team at all.

Simply because I had totally lost all faith in him, I thought you knew that  ???

I'm not telling anybody to unite behind Roy, my problem is that people weren't prepared to give him a chance in the first place. What I'm saying is that whoever comes in to replace him if indeed someone does, NEEDS to know that the fan base is 100% behind him. They never were behind Roy, infact many were openly hostile towards him.

When are you and people like you going to realise that I don't give a feck about sides, fences, told you so's and all that old sh!t? We are in the relegation zone, if we continue to play like we are we will go down and the club needs to improve radically as we have lots of players who aren't good enough.

The FACT that those who were openly hostile towards Hodgson have so far been proven right and that those of us who said he would do a good job have so far been proven wrong is totally irrelevent to me. Smilarly, whether or not people think it's Benitez's fault we've got a poor squad, Hicks' fault, my fault or your fault I couldn't really give a feck.

I am simply saying that Liverpool only do well when nearly all the fans are in behind the manager, and the manager and owners aren't openly hating each other, and the players have a modicum of team spirit. We haven't had that IMHO for years.

And when he does go which i hope is soon, Christie should not be the one doing the choosing ,just beacause someone is flavour of the month and the media cant do no wrong . leave it to the football men, to decide  , Christie is the reason he is here in the first place,

While people have opinions and since the invention of forums you will never ever see the situation your talking about . It was the same under gh and Evans and souness - people always used to complain and whinge but once the first whistle went fans used to unite under one common aim - wanting the team to win . That is now the only time fans will unite . As for the sides and groups - for someone who isn't bothered by them why do you keep making new ones up on a regular basis

Also I think he must be removed before the Jan transfer window.. regardless of results I wouldn't want him buying Carlton Cole or someone like that with proper funds. :|

I think there's every chance NESV had a say in Hodgsons appointment. They had obviously been in contact for a very long time with the club, and you don't pay 300 million quid for a business without taking a close interest in who is running it.

The fans weren't united when Souness was in charge or Evo, GED or rafa so why should they be under Woy?

Life goes on, folks should get focused on whether 100% of the fans are united as its a worthless argument.

I disagree, they have been in contact with the club in September, thats when it all began.

Ben I can't be bothered mate. We'll come back to the knockabout during the week if it's all the same with you.

all my posts supported Roy, I am glad benitez was sacked as he had 5 years, spent a fortune, and had a  krap squad that finished 7th.

However, roy has brought us into the relegation zone after a quarter of the season. that is his fault.

Torres is playing like a pussy, and besides SG no other outside player is top class (what does that say about rafa?), we are terrible.

Roy better man up quickly or fukk off.

I very much doubt it.

The club was in discussion with a number of potential buyers and MB/CP appointed a 'neutral' manager who was a known stand in awaiting the new owners plans.

I'd say RH was a good appointment in that respect however NESV have to work quickly now to define how they want to go forward.

So if they did like you say know , on whos advice , because the new owners no nothing about football,

Whoever is to become the next manager it has to be decided or advised by people with a football brain , Not Christian Purslow.

Am I wrong then Mick ? I know you hate it but people have spent three months telling you this would happen under Hodgson , pointing out players like Poulsen weren't good enough etc etc - so yeah we did tell you so and maybe its becoming clear to you but many of us have had to put up with x amount of arrogant cr.ap from you and all your "sky is blue " lectures . Maybe you might realise some people apart from you actually do know what they are talking about
