Good points there mate...but if his missus wants away, that's that !

If he stays then why the hell did we buy Poulsen ?! If he does stay then maybe it's Aquilani on his way out which is another creative player going and he is replaced by a defensive player - the poulsen signing could turn sour for us soon

Poulsen a bad signing?  He hasn't even kicked a ball yet

Speaking if duff buys, Aquilani is probably the WORST signing in the history of LFC. Followed by Robbie Keane.

Now, remind me how much Poulsen cost again?

It's got nothing to do with his price or anything to do with how he kicks a ball ffs . If masher doesn't go then we lack funds for a striker and we have bought a player in a position we are at our strongest - if you can't see it then you never will . The only case for signing Poulsen is if Masher goes - if he doesn't go then we have wasted money on Poulsen .

Ok just answer how many cm a team needs ? We currently have 7 via for 2 spots . Yet we have 2 true strikers . I'm sure even your tiny mind can figure out where we needed strengthening .

I tell you what would be a ridiculous situation is if we hadn't signed Poulsen - or some form of backup - only for Masch to leave close to the deadline. Who would be the mug then? I would much rather we bought affordable backup than risk having only Lucas, Gerrard and Aquilani to rely on for the whole season.

Furthermore, it isn't like we'll be short of games. All of the above is being kind, too, because it assumes that Lucas and Aquilani are actually good enough. In truth, only Gerrard and Masch are tried and tested without fail. There are serious questions over the other two and I'm sure Roy recognises that. It's probably the reason he's opted to sign an experienced player like Poulsen, and one familiar to him at that.

And if mash goes how many games would he feature in ? Europa league ? CC at the most . Yes if Masher did go we need back up but if he doesn't go we have wasted money best spent on a striker .

Well it obviously depends on how good he is. If he is better than Lucas then I'm sure he would feature in quite a few. If he isn't better than Lucas, it'll be a very bad signing, but that very much remains to be seen.
