The Spanish press is reporting that Javier Saviola will join Monaco on loan for the remainder of this season upon his return from the Olympics.
The diminutive forward is currently representing Argentina at the Olympics and insists that he is not thinking about his future just yet.

However, an unnamed source from within Barcelona told Spanish Daily ’Marca’ that Saviola to Monaco is "a done deal."

With Eto’o, Deco, Giuly and Larsson all added to the club in the off season, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that Saviola’s days at the Catalan club are numbered. It appear that Monaco will be his destination for this season
