Let's get a fekin positive result, common lads...

Home, Away, neutral ground makes no difference.

Being in a different competition, without EPL pressure, we may get something out of this.

Common Redmen.

Fear the worst and hope for the best. We now have 10 on the injury list including Ben Davies who hast missed a league game for Preston in 3 seasons. Wtf are we doing. United have 2 on the jury list. Just hope our front 3 come to life.

After everything we've been through in the league, I have a hunch that it'll be a different story in the CL. I think the lads will appreciate still having a trophy to play for. No brain farts this time Ally. Expecting a mock punch up for a goal celebration...

Thiago Alcantara returns to the starting line-up for tonight's Champions League last-16, first-leg clash with RB Leipzig in Budapest.

The midfielder is the only change Liverpool make to the team deployed from the start at Leicester City on Saturday, coming in for the injured James Milner.

Liverpool: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Kabak, Henderson, Robertson, Wijnaldum, Jones, Thiago, Mane, Salah, Firmino.

Subs: Adrian, Kelleher, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Tsimikas, Shaqiri, Origi, Davies, R. Williams, Phillips, Cain, Clarkson, N. Williams.

I don't get it myself, unless as soon as new players arrive the training team shove a rod up their bakside. We are cursed with players getting injured.

I'm still very undecided about Jones and Thiago. For me massive questions about their overall contribution to our midfield. We talk about our problems at CB but I sometimes wonder if the root of the problem doesn't stem from a powder puff midfield.

Regarding Thiago, i feel he's one of those players who has to have everyone around him in form - i.e. i don't think he's one to grab the game by the scruff of the neck when we're on the ropes. Still need more time to properly judge however.

I think we're playing playing okay. RB Leipzig are in form and we've penned them into their own box for most of it.We just need our front 3 to click.
