Ermmm Cheers ???

I'm going for a draw (1-1) :D

I may be an optimist but as last year's prediction competition shows I don't allow personal bias to affect my predictions :D

We need to win, forget a draw. A good start is needed because soon into the season we will have two games in hand.

We have to win our first game.

Chelsea will beat wigan.
Arsenal will beat newcastle at highbury.
Manchester United will beat the bitters.

If we draw at Boro, then we would be 2 points behind already.  With 2 matches being pushed back, it won't help our confidence.

Especially away from Anfield.
You'll Never Walk Alone

RIP Phil

My Dad always said to me "Son , don't ever gamble, you never see a bookie on a bike" and he was right :D

Its got me thinking though, what was LFC's most common score last season ? At home I'd say 2-0 or 3-0 and away it was invariably 1-0 loss :(  Everton , Chelsea (both games) Boro ??? , Brum at Anfield ???

There's always time for a first, especially under Benitez.

I've been twice more and we drew 0-0 and lost 1-0.

Ohhhhh by the way , i'm going next week ....sorry lads :D

we won 2-1 there in the 2001-2002 season. anelka played in that game whilst he was on loan. heskey scored if i'm not mistaken before riise scored late on.

i agree though that our record there is poor. we went there top of the league in 2002-2003, lost 1-0 and then didn't win a game for three months. we also went there in the treble season off the back of a 1-0 win at old trafford and a 4-0 thumping of arsenal and lost 1-0.

and as for last season, the less said the better.

i think it'll be a 1-1 draw.
