Im really hoping we push for 2nd spot it will mean we've improved and also auto qualification for champs league.

Yeah second would be great. We've shown a lot of resilience this season, who would have thought after that hammering by Spurs at the end of October that we'd be sitting above them at Christmas?

Great result. We're among the top 3 teams in Europe for scoring goals now...please sign some defenders gaffer!

Ox sounds like proper captain material in post match interviews. He is progressing well here and I'm hope he becomes our future captain. I'd give him the band next season.

Wow, a bit early for that kind of talk, don't you think? I mean, the guy just arrived here and only a month or so ago we were saying what a useless signing he is. He's done well in the last few games, but that's it.

Swansea were very poor also. It's a shame we can't spank a big team like Utd 5-0. We have the firepower and potential. Until we start doing that, then this Klopp revolution should be aired with caution.
Beating teams like Spartak and Swansea 5/6/7 etc is all very well, but we haven't beaten Spurs, Chelsea, Utd or City or Burnley even by 1-0, never mind by a big score, so I reserve judgement on our progress until this happens.

We're playing well though, and in the usual 4th place mode. As usual.

Yup still early but i'm hoping Klopp molds him into a captain.

Yes, but only just...
Tottenham and Arsenal are hot on our heels, and you know Utd and Chelsea are going to be in the shake up right till the end.

Not going to be easy finishing in the top 4.

Forgot to mention it was good to see Matip back in action. EVen though he didn't have much to do it was great that his back now with all the fixtures we've got coming.

Also thought local lad TAA did really well and took his goal exceptionally.

A very good result and need to keep it up, we cannot afford any slip up anymore, we have thrown away too many valuable points, otherwise, we ought to be in second place!

After throwing away points against Chelsea, Everton and West Brom we needed that. Interesting that Klopp selected such a strong starting line up against such a poor team. Just maybe he learned something from the Derby game !!

TAA was a stand out. Coutinho was excellent. Firmino is a very serious asset. AOD is looking like a player. Wijnaldum continues to disappoint. Henderson wasn’t missed.
