I never said such things about Benitez. I said I thought he was a uselss manager which you are entitled to say about Roy. HOwever, I gave Benitez many years to build his team before I came to that conclusion. You lot are saying it about Roy after 7 league games and a terrible run.

which fans are abusing roy hodgson and which fans are just questioning some of the decisions he is making. Do you label everyone who poses doubts or worries as an anti roy f**king moron....because I think thats no really constructive

Souness was given a couple of years to build his team and he did a bad job and was fired.

Shouldn't Roy be given the same chance or should a new manager be appointed and sacked after 7 games if the results are still bad.

I don't like using his name freely to make a point or anything but I think it would have upset Shanks more the fact that he was appointed in the first place. Roy said give me 10 games, then judge me. Well he has 3 games left to turn it around IMO. Anything less than 7 points from those games and he should hand in his notice.

I've no problem with people criticising his tactics or team selection.

However, this isn't a team that he built so calling for the manager of LFC to be fired after 7 league games seems insane to me. Should "you'll never walk alone" be dropped for Queens song "I want it all and I want it now"?

Now of course I believe we won't get relegated, fk that but the man himself has come out and said we are in a relegation scrap now.

Imagine that, from top 4 contenders to a relegation scrap in less than a year. And don't bring up the previous manager because we didn't spend any time in the bottom end of the table under him.

What I meant by given a chance to turn it around was another season after that last one. Before that there were many highs so you cannot really class those seasons as flops. European cups, record point finishes, FA cup, other finals, some European semi finals ect...

Being given the chance to turn it around indicates a chance after something goes wrong which he wasn't given. It's different with Roy as we were never in this much with Rafa.

Purslow is a fecking disgrace mate... he will keep Roy so they can do their asset stripping. He was asked to find investments which he failed to do so. He was tasked to find a new manager to improve on Rafa's one season failure and he rejected Kenny's offer and appointed Roy... and he calls himself a Liverpool fan... he has his own agenda this guy...
