Going by your definations if we dont get into the CL then manager must go - you have already stated that it is very important yet you say previous manager was a failure yet he got us into cl 4 seasons out of 5 and also won it - yet your saying we should give manager more time even if we go mid table ? so why didnt you give previous manager another season to turn around his ONE bad season which is looking like a lot better season than we will get this year - basically all your posts point to a pure hatred for previous manager and you try and rewrite history and ignore every bit of good he did for us .

Benitez had 6 years and probably mounted just 1 league challenge.

Rafa would not have had the team loitering 3rd bottom. The problemo is that the team is all over the houses, there are no tactics.. and this is down to Roy..  like or not - Rafa's team were organised, rigidily may be. you'd nevva see the team looking like a joke as it is now.

Its like we cant say anything bad about him as he was/is a legan, but as manager he was really really bad sorry to say

But Kenny is a presence everyone respects, dare I say the players probably respect him more than Roy?

Anyway if you are going to talk about past records why not talk about the last english team Roy managed who had expectations of a top 6 finish.

You can rubbish it all you want, Man u didn't defend it cos they were forced not to, but winning it is still fanstastic.. because winning trophies is what we all want (I think) there are only 4 trophies to win domestically.. and we have to go fo all we can !

Benitez squandered money for 6 years, the one time we looked like we might Challenge Ferguson out psyched him and he went on his humiliating "fact" rampage and we blew the lead and then plumetted to 7th.

Yet Roy is supposed to stem this freefall in just 7 league games?
