From 6th place to league winners?

I'm not going to speculate yet until I see the state of our squad come pre season. We have a lot of deadwood to clear out but more imortantley we need a massive injection of quality into several areas. Although for arguments sake, assuming we made 4 or 5 top quality signings id say maybe 4th place and the FA Cup.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing

Why not?

Lets be honest, this season has been p!ss poor. United won the league being the best of a bad lot.

So again, from 6th to 1st, why not? We have the right man in charge. For so long we have been unstable, boring and negative and in the few months Kenny has been in charge, he has made the players we all thought were lacking in quality look pretty damn good.

Too early to talk about it? what rubbish, people were wondering when Kenny took over what the season would be like if he started in charge !

The financing from our new board to bring in better players, with possibly the greatest man this club has ever been associated with can only spell success.

Im with ya kidder, we WILL finish 1st !

Not saying it wont happen, but that is pretty optimistic mate.

Manure will strengthen, City will spend big, as will Chavski. Spurs will add to their squad also and Arsenal will have to spend too.

We already have the poorer of the above squads at this time. We will have to make major improvements to win the league, and these things do not happen in two months.

My personal feeling is that we will push very hard for a while, but will not be quite there next year although we will all be buzzing with what we are doing.

At this stage before anyone has signed a single player, i see us as a top five team next year.

The biggest advantage we have is no european football, and that will make a massive difference.

i'm going for top 4.  I don't want to think beyond that until i've seen our summer transfer activity

We haven't signed a single quality player yet & we are already winning the league.

You guys are setting yourselves up for a big disappointment !
