Riise is having a bad season, no argument there. I still think he is a good asset to have and once he gets some confidence and form back he will again prove a lot of doubters wrong.

Disagree Saint I think he knows he is going hence his shocking form.
He was the last player from the CL to get offered a contract even Dudek got one before him, he knows he is offski and he is sh.itting a brick.
He always knew he was better than Djimi maybe he isnt to sure if he is better than Aurelio? But one thing is for sure Rafa will bring someone in better than the 3 of them, thats why he is worried and he should be.

well all this 'rafa must go' sh.it needs to end right now!, but i am really p1ssed off myself.. i've bin goin on the bbc premiership predictor thingy for a while an the only way of us catching up to chelski and manure was to win games like this

I hate that we're out of the premiership run but the best thing to do right now is to concentrate on 3rd (maybe even 2nd) but mainly the CL.. hope we can get it together an take down Barca!

I believed that we could win the title before this game but now I've accepted that its going to end up with a bunch of cu*ts (take ya pick). I would never say rafa must go but some of his decisions do frustrate me. I must admit I'm now worrying about the prospect of keeping third, I dont want us to finish the season 'bottom the the top 4'. We will see rafas full potential next season but for now we must secure CL football and get a good run in the CL, starting by doing barca :D

Good call with the pooh n all

Came over to glaot 2-1 get in. I always expected a win. Liverpool aren't as good as Newcastle bar the defence which we are shocking. Those forwards like yours let you down and we were always going to win all day long. Bellamy Bellamy what's the score?? :p

If you're here on a wind-up, don't bother. If not, it's fine.

bad day at the office (again) simple as that. Partly down to a combination of another unnecessary midweek jolly for McLaren and his band of uninterested merry men. (Yes, yes...they all have to deal with it - i know).  A s.hit pitch (down to God, im afraid that one).  And the inclusion (significantly for me) of two returning players from injury who, although at some point require match fitness...maybe might have been spared the ignominy of recrimination, by easing ONE at a time back into the mix (therefore not upsetting the recently garnered balance) and preferably at home, as opposed to hoping to have a say in a difficult set of circumstances as highlighted above. Poor management decisions, climate and one or two glaring weak-links were the contributing factors in the downfall of todays outcome. That and the understandably disruptive influence all the takeover business has had recently. Someone has already pointed out Riise's (alleged) frame of mind as a result of this...there are one or two others who should be equally as uncomfortable in their pits tonight...but then that is exactly why we are fighting for a CL qualification berth and not for the big prize...Yet.

square one then. And much, much improvement to be rediscovered bearing in mind the upcoming fixtures.

Its only right that certain games like today Rafa needs to be critised about, the fans are screaming to change things around and he does the opposit.
He can be critised look at the United crowd 12 months ago they wanted Fergie out.
Rafa makes mistakes it doesnt mean people want him to leave he can only learn by them.
He made another mistake today by not bringing crouch on.
He has only been here 3 years now, he will learn in time, my biggest fear is when he does learn he leaves he brings us No 19 then fecks off to Real.
