I also cant see this as possibly affecting his work permit although a little less publicity could have been nice.

I put it in the M G in San Sebastian thread, but perhaps it deserves another thread. Let's see if I explain my point. IMO, the bad thing about this is not that his girlfriend has been deceived, or that he was with 28 Irish girls, or a full army of girls. He's young and I guess he needs to experiment those things.

The problem for me is that it's not a good symphthom that he feels important enough to break the rules of the concentration of the team. If no one could do that, it's a bit of lack of respect to the team mates and the coaches that put the rules.

But it seems otherwise he's not problematic. Here in San Sebastian, he was very disciplinated. He lived in a hotel, and he went everywhere with the girlfriend ( ) even to the interviews. No great fiestas or drunk times, otherwise it would have been known.
