The first time they flashed that up on telly I knew we were sorted.  I actually think Rafa's got some sort of mind-meld thing going on there with Reina and our penalty takers...giving them extra mojo!  :D  :buttrock  :D

No...it's Jedi mind trick on the chelsea penalty takers and petr chec...

I'd like to hear if anyone reckons Agger still hasn't got what it takes to be a CB
for us for the next 10 years

What happened to Agger last week may have been the best experience possible for him. I thought he looked up for the fight tonight and although Carra helped him out a lot more than last week, I think he did very well.

I have to apologise to Zenden for swearing as he walked up to take his penalty. It was probably the best of the lot, but like Smicer's in 2005 I was terrified when he walked up.

All we need now is Milan to do their part and we can look forward to another great final.

It was really a heart stopping match. Every time CHelski had a free kick or corner, I was sweating because we got scored on many times before. And I was also very nervous about the penalty but you can see our players had all been praticing it and everyone of them were absolutely spot on. Rafa really out think Morinhno in every aspect. And Kuyt ran and ran while Agger and Jamie were absolutely oustanding. Can't say enough how hard we played tonight. Everybody deserve our praise.

It was amazing to see how Reina was so confident even from the first penalty was taken. Cech on the other hand seems very nervous. That's probably due to the Anfield Power factor haha. Just can't say enough on how happy I am right now. :buttrock: Athens here we come! We are going to win again I'm sure!

Right, here is an analysis of the game.

Jose Mourinho was tactically a.ss-r@ped by Rafa.

it was a very boring match, few goal chances, did look more like chess than football game.. but got intense at the pk :p

but i know is different playin ucl, it´s like when here in south america we play Copa Libertadores, the teams tends to speculate when they play in away condition..
