I actually really want this to work. This would such a great accomplishment! The fans would feel really close to the club.

What a stupid idea.

How would the place be run? Whenever there was a decision to be made, 100,000 people would have to be consulted.

Shocking that people actually entertain this.

i understand what they are saying, if i put my money into the club then i would like to have a new manager. if io was told they were going to keep rafa for 4 more years they i would not put in.....aslso some might start pulling their money out if they feel the dont have a voice at the club.

dont forget al this money will need to be up front.

If nothing else, this serves as a valuable PR exercise in terms of getting control of the club away from the conmen a nice return of serve after Hicks's refinancing/stadium release "fans should refocus on on-the-pitch events now it's all sorted"

Is it feck get out of our club.

This will hopefully pave the way for an investor who actually cares about us.

Hicks & Gillette will be fuming with all this bad publicity.

I am not sure exactly how they think this would work ? Surely if G and H would be willing to sell to anyone it will be to DIC. The only stumbling block is obviously HOW much they want to go and how much DIC are willing to pay but I am pretty sure that if the figure of 500 Million ( rumoured ) was acceptable then DIC would pay that
