Don't want to discuss about it really Ciggy, but the mods have work enough with all our discussions, in order to assign them yet another important task like this one (open accounts, and delivering money). Perhaps they should help by putting this as a fixed topic, but some other respected and trusted poster could handle this task, there are many (woof, you, many)

I'd like to add my sentiments to everything that has already been said... Like a lot of people on this forum I don't post everyday but I come here to read other like-minded people's opinions. Of all the regular posters, Phil's one who I admire a great deal.

Phil, your posts have always been a highlight on this board and you seem like a genuinely great person...so unfair that you've had this relapse.

Never give up hope, mate.  It's been said by some above but it bears repeating: with the fans behind them, the lads kept the faith in Istanbul and were able to come back against all odds.  Well, we're fans and friends of yours fella and we're behind you 100%...lean on us and there's hope you can come back too. 

I know it may seem hollow to use a footie analogy at a time like this but football is life and you draw inspiration where you can.

Like others I am not a prolific poster but am on most days perusing the forum and you undoubtably get to know characters on here. Some spout a lot of nonsense, some are just hilarious, others give informed and valuable opinions.
I don't know if you ever spouted much nonsense drummerphil but I know you make me laugh and I know I always read your posts and respect your opinions.

As far as i am aware, to set up a paypal account, you have to have the bank details of the recipient or they have to set it up.

Thanks for your vote of confidence Cig but I think to keep everything absolutely kosher it should be done through our official site . Time for our admin to step up and get it sorted , it's not as if time is on Phils side     . 

If our admin can't or aren't prepared to deal with it I'll set up a bank account into which all financial support can be paid , but before we get ahead of ourselves I think we should confer with Jonnymac .

Can I just say a really big thank you for all the pms Ive recieved today from nearly everyone on here, reguarding our Phil.
I hope he recieves a bundle of cards to brighten up his day, we can make some difference in his life we did already without really knowing it.

We cheered him up when he was down, and he spent a lot of time with us probably to take his mind off more serious things, so please guys lets cheer him up some more send things to the hospital to his house, he's a young man of 38 years of age, with two small children and a wife.

When your a Liverpool fan You will never walk alone, we stick together through thick and thin, fuck the bickering off, and let Phil know how much he is appreciated.

Ive contacted the club to make a gesture Im not sure if they will? They should do, cause he is a part of our Liverpool family at the end of the day.
