DRUMMERPHIL'S THREAD - DONATIONS, PRAYERS AND GOODWILL MESSAGES

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby thegreedo » Thu May 04, 2006 12:38 pm

If we can find a way to donate I would be very interested. I've always been more of a reader than a poster and Phil has put many a smile on my face mith his posts. as cliche'd as it may be Phil "you'll never walk alone" pal!!

Its terrible news :(  It should make us all feel sorry for complaining about our petty little problems.
We will have to sort out some sort of fund to show our support, ill donate no problem, hes always been a sound fella

Absolutely terrible news.
I havent personally spoke with Phil but like most have said he is one of the better posters and also one of the funniest.
Lets all hope the treatment goes as well as possible.
Cggy any ideas where he is actually from ? What hospital he is in ?
Is there any opportunity for anyone on here to visit him do you think ?
Someone should deffo contact the club and see if they can help out. Any if anyone does set up some kind of account i will also definately contribute.

my heart goes out to phil and his family, why do things like this always seem to happen to the good people? count me in on anything that gets set up to help him & his family and phil if you're listening "You've Got a Long Long Way to Go" but you've shown you're a "Rock of Ages" so "Don't Let it Go" you can "Stand Up" and "Work it Out"

all the best phil  :bowdown

It's a real sad thing when a really decent bloke like phil has to go through this, as well as his family. Obviously he has fought so hard, and let's hope there is still a chance that he can win the fight.

best wishes Phil. YNWA.

puts everything into perspective really. phil is a thoroughly decent bloke and is far too young to be going through such a terrible ordeal.

to be honest i feared the worst the other night when i was logged on and spotted a member called "mrsdrummerphil" logged on.

we'll definitely try and sort something out

I received the e-mail from his wife.  I was at a loss what to say to her but I told her to tell Phil he could count on the support from everyone on here.

Our thoughts are with you Phil.

I'm so very sorry and shocked as I didn't know he was unwell.
Please let me know if you get something organised for him.
I wish you all the best Phil, my thoughts are with you and yours.
