It's never nice to see any player leave the club, but Charlie Adam was never going to make it here, he should have never been signed and I am pleased that he has been shipped on by Brendan Rodgers. All the best at Stoke, Charlie, I hope you're a success there.

Just saw his interview on SSN, have to say I felt sorry for him. People on here seem to forget that these are real people coming and going and it isn't his fault that someone chose to bring him to Anfield, much as it isn't that someone else doesn't want him. Must be very humiliating and unsettling. I don't think that anyone can complain about his work ethic or his loyalty to the shirt in the small amount of time he was here.
