On the other hand, what a draw for Cork City, if they get through their 2nd qualifying game they will play AC Milan

Surely we can't be expected to play in Isreal at the moment, I feel it should be neutral, maybe switzerland

the Israeli FA have apparently done their best to assure UEFA that Isreal is a safe country to play in, but this is a real flip of a coin because if UEFA agrees with them then we're playing in a warzone, but if it's moved to neutral then they don't have a 'home atmosphere' which makes the job a bit easier.

Still, they're no Fenebache or Chievo. Easy, we might even be able to give Djimi a farewell appearance. :)

How can they claim its safe to play football there. Missiles are flying into the town every day.

I think in current situation Israeli FA will be pushing the proverbial up the hill to justify its safe enough to play the game at home. Definately should be a neutral ground

I think LFC can lodge any concerns over safety/security with uefa . If uefa consider it to be unsafe the game (as it has in the past) would be moved .

Didn't Arsenal or Chelsea have to play in Isreal a few seasons back and some players refused to go ?
