What sort of scores do you normally shoot?

Worst, best average etc?

I can play to about seven or eight, but also twenty eight... my last seven rounds have been 78, 99, 83, 106, 91, 78, 89 :D

Mostly in the 80's or high 70's but I put bad rounds in as well i scored 94 last week although I felt I played well i scored badly but I can honestly say can't remember the last time scored over 100 :D

Alright knobby don't rub it in :D

I think my average is around 88 ish... but as i say, can go as low as 78 (on a par 71 course) and as high as 113. thats 35 shots between my best and my worst...
Played yesterday, shot 3 over on the front nine (the hard nine) and then 21 over on the back after a hitting the green in reg on the tenth and four putting!! :veryangry  :veryangry

That's what I mean about playing well and scoring badly, I am pretty consistant tee to green but tend to fritter away shots around the green, you mentioned you 4 putted on the back 9 and during the 94 on the 1st I was a yard off the green for 2 and took another 4 to get down, that was the story of the whole round. Sometimes there are days when you just don't have any feel around the green and it just works at you mentally and you leak shots. I find it increasingly hard to come back after it starts going wrong.   :(

You are only as good as your worst day, learn to deal with that and you will play much better!

Played for the first time in nearly a year last week.  Finally getting some strength back.  I was bombing it off the tee, but kept ending up in my horror distance of about 100 yards.  I was playing in a scramble with a couple of my oldest friends.  We get to the 6th hole having birdied 4 of the first 5.  I hit a great tee shot that leaves us 105.  Frustrated with my wedge play I pull out my 8 iron. Play it back in my stance and take a 1/3 swing.  Punch shot from the center of the fairway with an 8 iron.  Dead at the flag.  2 skips and stops 3 feet from the hole.

Maybe a bit unconventional but whatever gets the job done.  It was like throwing a dart.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.
