What if owen cpmes back ?

International Football/Football World Wide - General Discussion

Some people may want him back , others dont  and their reasons ?

For ....he is a gifted goalscorer , a natural in the box and has
played nearly all his football for us.

Against.... He kept the board waiting for him to sign , and we
were forcrd to sell him for a quarter for what we
could of got if he had signed a new deal then gone.

When he did go it was virtually at the end of the
of the transfer market  and made it inpossible to
            find a replacement.

He was never a true Liverpool supporter , as a boy
            Owen supported Everton.

To add to this, its been widley reported that he is surplous to requirments to Madrid.
In all honesty  if you were him and had jumped ship the way he did , would you honestly go back to the team you left with your tail between your legs knowing that half the supporters  didnt want you back ?

Also just  to add to the misery  , we would never get him for  the 8million we sold him for , at best it would be 16million .....at best !! .

People , when you write a thread , be constructive and make it worthwhile , not pipe dreams that flood the forum . We all have our points of view  and we should all respect that , but  threads like these are really pointless .............thats my own point of view of course

:p

He would score an absolute bucketload of goals in this new attacking team Benitez has built.  I would take him back without a doupt!!!

Ah, but were would he fit in?

Our team when he was there was more or less based around him, everything was played to keep him happy.

Some contributors to this forum remind me of a guy pining after an ex-old doll.  We've had a series of threads speculating about the return of Owen and Fowler.....neither will happen....its time we all moved on.
