Anyone can see that the only reason Inter have dominated in the last few years is because of calciopoli. The main 2 teams who won the league year in year out either relegated or docked points. They were never going to recover in 1 or 2 seasons but now a few years later it's more competitive like it was before it happened.

Clean the :censored: out yer eyes mate your obsession with slagging Benitez of is petty.[/quote]
 Give him a chance and stop worrying Bav. They probably will still win it. Mourinho left him with a team which was the best in Italy by miles, don't panic just yet even Rafa ought to be able to get them home :D.

Save the excuses for later, you never know when they might come in handy  :;): .

 You mark my words.

I wonder if there is an Italian 'bigmick' on an Inter forum somewhere. You 2 should go for a beer.

Whoever thinks that Inter "easily" beat Barca last year please go back and look at the 2 games. An offside goal, and a stonewall penalty turned away for a foul on Alves in the San Siro then a perfectly good goal disallowed incorrectly for handball in the Nou Camp that would have taken Barcelona comfortably into the final - Inter had every piece of luck going last year so for people on here to think that they were head and shoulders above Barca, who in my eyes have been one of the greatest club sides EVER the last 2 seasons is delusional.

Quick point for those that would stick the knife into Rafa this season if he doesnt win the league at Inter - check out the attacking talent AC Milan have at their disposal this year AC Milan 10-11. Obviously they are going to be a real force in Serie A this year

Kenny Dalglish describes Rafa in friendly terms in the Mail today, and says he's "a master of European football". Pretty much goes on to make Roy's comments look like utter bs.

Inter beat Chelsea with ease, then Jose mastered the worlds best player (messi), and they beat munich to win the tournament. They are the best team in Europe but Benitez took over and now they are 4 points behind.

all this is fact (no pun intended)

Please even when Mourinho was there they were moaning at this month they had more points under Mancini ect... Why can't you just agree Mourinho was enjoying the last few years of the main rivals struggling after rebuilding from the match fixing scandal?

Milan and Juve have strengthened quite a bit in the last year. Not putting it all down to that, although it has played a role.

INter have only won 5 out of 9 games though. That isn't good enough if they are to win 6 in a row.

Inter have started really well. They are second in Serie A.
They might be 4 points behind Lazio but Lazio haven't had as hard of a start.

5 wins from 9 aint bad.  A lot better than 3 from 10 :D

2nd isn't good enough when they have won the league under different managers 5 years in a row. They'll have to turn some of those draws into wins as I don't think winning 55% of your games is enough to win the league.

Not even good enough for a team that finished 7th last season. We are just 2 points off 7th spot though.
