Think possibly you need to have another read at the three posts I have made about it and can't see anywhere where I have made it sound he will do it

He took a club to court and won. That must mean the club was in the wrong, so don't judge too harshly.  You can't have a contract with a club who is fulfilling their part of the agreement, and have a court help force through a transfer unless the club is doing something wrong.  I don't think anybody has actually looked up the facts of that whole incident, we're just acting as bad as the English press and saying he's forced his way out because he's a horrible person.

So it was the club that chose to sell him then?  Then I guess it leaves us in the same place then right? Still up to us if he goes or not, so we can hold out for whatever price we want.

And if he lost, I highly doubt he'd do it again.  He'd look like an absolute tool if he did, especially considering it didn't work the first time.

I think he genuinely loves playing too much.  I mean we can sit here and say the bite was to force a move and he was willing to sit on the bench for it, but the guy just seems to want to play all the time, so I don't think that will happen.  I'll be beyond ***** if it does because we will get f*ck all for him in January, but I don't think it'd happen.

me too, molby writes for the echo these days and he seems to know whats going on, he said last week in his column that he doesnt expect suarez or reina to be liverpool players come the start of next season.
