He took a club to court and won. That must mean the club was in the wrong, so don't judge too harshly. You can't have a contract with a club who is fulfilling their part of the agreement, and have a court help force through a transfer unless the club is doing something wrong. I don't think anybody has actually looked up the facts of that whole incident, we're just acting as bad as the English press and saying he's forced his way out because he's a horrible person.
