So what will happen to those who view these streams? Hustler says nothing will happen, is he right?
i am pretty sure it is illegal to watch porn too, but most of us still watch it.

Nothing. It is illegal but no one goes after the viewers. They just go after the websites that broadcast illegal streams.

Thats why websites like Wiziwig have disclamiers at the bottom of the page saying..." we do not broadcast any of these streams, they are from a third party broadcaster" etc etc. So they don't get closed down. I pretty much suspect it is from individuals posting streams onto the internet from all over the world etc

The point is the copyright owners will not pursue individuals as the cost is not an effective use of their time. They will almost always chase the suppliers of the stream.
Why spend 6 months prosecuting one person when all you gain is one less person viewing the material, rather spend you time on the host and cut the supply off.

Not that it will actually help them if someone decides to go after them.
