Yes they don't come cheap mate, but they are second choices. If we don't pay abit more for your first choices you end up settling and paying for the rest of your life... Abit like ones love life...

Well with just a couple of days to go it's starting to look ever more likely that this window is going to end up a bit of a damp squib.
Basically, because we can't use Grujic until next season it's looks increasingly like Caulker is going to be our only signing of the window and to just exacerbate things even further we haven't even managed to move out any of the dead wood either.
All that talk of signing a Reuss, Gundogan or Lewandoski when Jurgen first arrived looks pretty comical now.

Reg prem clubs have never been richer, even clubs near the bottom who haven't won a teacup in their entire history are richer and more powerful than traditional giants like Ajax and Benfica.

Sadly Liverpool fans are becoming accustomed to being blind sided by drawn out transfer sagas  ,whilst our eye is taken off the window coming to a close procuring zip yet again .  A complete ploy !

With it being Jurgen's first window I thought they might have splashed out a bit, guess I was wrong.

Players always look good on YouTube. Can he handle the pace of the PL, that's the real question.

Links with Reus and Lewandowski were a joke. Those two have have all the big fish after them, they wouldn't come to us,  Klopp or no Klopp. Gundagon possibly,  but events he seems to have bigger fish to fry
