There have been rumours suspecting a part exchange between ourselves and Man City. It is believed that Craig Bellamy will join Man City and in exchange we will get Micah Richards. If these rumours are true then I'd happily swap the two.
However Richards may turn the move down because he is guarenteed 1st team footy at City which he won't be at Anfield. Bellamy is believed to be eager to join City because he has been pushed well out of the frame as a 1st choice striker with the arrivials of Torres and Voronin. As for Richards not wanting to come, if Liverpool come knocking on your door you should be jumping at the chance to join.
I'd like us to sign Richards wheter or not Bellamy goes the other way. Richards is strong and quick, he's built like an ox and very versitile. He could also be the replacement for Steve Finnan in the coming years.

Richards has signed a new contract with city, increasing his value by four or five million.
