Blackburn v newcastle - Surely a must win for souness

The Premiership - General Discussion

Surely if Newcastle lose this,Souness wont have long.I know he has just spent 50m but with Luque and Emre long term injuries already and Parker suspended, the money spent means feck all for the next 6 weeks or so.So the question is how long do you reckon he will get if they lose against Blackburn.

It ill take a long time to clean Shearers sh.it off his member!
Make no mistake Phil they are really close up there!
Shearer,Shepherd and Souness! Oh the 3 S's almost make me sick!
He will have to January at least to make things click! After that he'll get pickled alive!
Talk about bad luck? If i was superstisious id think Souness was cursed!
Mmmmmm!!! Karma? ????

I couldn't believe it when Souness got that job in the first place, my only guess is that any top names they approached knocked them back and they had to settle for him.

It must be the worst job in football.  Shearer is there waiting to step into your shoes if you fu.ck it up, Bowyer and Dyer fighting, Bramble etc caught up in that rape case, a kunt of a chairman who has a history of criticising his managers and players in the press.  And now, you've spent all your money on players who are now injured or suspended, the team isn't performing and you can't buy a goal.

I don't like to see people lose their jobs but he'll be out by Christmas.

Newcastle deserve everything they get after the way Shepherd " 3 chins" treated Sir Bobby.

If anything i feel sorry for the Geordie fans but have little time and sympathy for Souness who IMO is the most over rated manager in the Prem ! ???

I feel sorry for the Geordie fans too, great club, huge support and now on paper a first eleven most teams would die for (defence excluded)......and its unbelievable that in 50 years they have won nothing, especially when you consider even teams such as Wimbledon and Bolton etc have over the years have.Quite simply the problem at the moment is souness,my idol as a kid but as a manager useless and i for one will never forgive him to what he did to my beloved liverpool when he was in charge.
