of course he'd be interested in the chelski job and he is a top manager who's unattached so no doubt he will have his hat in the ring.
had been saying to mates for a while now that he would get either the city or chelski job in the summer.mancini seems to have done enough to keep him in the hotseat for at least another season whereas ancelotti didnt.the fact that torres is there and given his relationship with rafa makes his case stronger.
fair play to him if he gets it.

Ever since he lost his Inter job, I've had the feeling he's been sitting around just waiting for the season to end so he could be hired by Chelsea.

Rafa doesn't seem to get on well with admin, be it Valencia, Liverpool or Inter (for whatever reasons) so I can't see him and Abramovich becoming boos-om buddies. It's a recipe for disaster IMO, both have egos the size of the blackwall tunnel.

Yeah I completely agree. Only way if he does a magic first season but it will only make them stand each other for around 2-3 seasons tops.

Actually a very valid point.

Considering he's always bumped heads with those in the management, and Abromovich basically feels he needs to manage the team himself, it was be a very strained relationship.
