No thread can be considered complete without the ubiquitous youtube link ACL RECONSTRUCTION

With the ACL, it really doesn't matter. Once it's gone, yer fucked, more or less. My mate done his in playing in a game years ago, and his knee is still wrecked. He never followed the physio's orders, though. I'll be amazed if we see him back before the end of the season, although I'm gonna say that that's more or less his season over I'm afraid.

Well I been reading up and it says you can be back to jogging any where between 10-12 weeks and fully useing you knee agian after 16 weeks.

So thats 3 and half months might see him come back by late Feb that wouldn't be end of world but short term Agger really needs to stand up and be counted.

I also think rafa will buy a CB in jan market now.

The thing is we have 3 good and fit enough center backs now , i don' think we need a new one , unless we have the money and he's world class or so . Manure have only Rio and vidic for centre backs but brown and oshea can play there as well as their youngster johnny evans . They've only got 2 great centre backs and the rest are average . Time for agger to step up and if he can get back to his best its going to be hard for anyone to replace him , even skrtel when he comes back .

Well he didnt damage his ACL, his PCL is the one that got damaged, which is less severe than the ACL

It should be noted as well that only Martin Skrtel can injure Martin Skrtel.  :;):

Was just about to say it took a tough man to down a tough man. Citeh fans are a bunch of bellends for booing. I've read something, possibly on teletext (ITV P416), suggesting in some way Alonso gets people sent off as a few have assaulted him with "tackles" and seen red.
Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer
