Why don't we just shoot the damn ball at the end with clear chances rather than play around like a friendly game....Yes, we won but at the end we were only up by one goal and they should at least hold on to the ball rather than give it back so easily. Voronin is just one lazy player. Also, the fact that we again lack sense of urgency and too easy to score against. They simply loft the ball up front and then score on scramble....WTF.

Good 3 points... We got away with it this time but still the issue with the 2 holding midfielders needs to be resolved....

Riera made an absolutely massive difference down the left side and Johnson did brilliantly yet again down the right.... Funny enough our problem isnt the wide areas anymore its the middle of the park... Aquilani will surely provide balance to that area but until then we still need to figure ourselves out... Bolton will surely get relegated this season because this was an absolutely awful display from them today.... still they did pretty well in stopping us from playing early on and the red card ruined their game plan big time...

good stuff though, and hope lessons were learned from this game...

a good win... it's not only our midfield that has a problem. Our defence has a problem as well. Pls give the greek guy a break this is his first game. It's not like Carragher was steady either. In fact I think Carragher is far from his top form. He seems to be blaming others whereas he himself was pretty shaky imo.

Glad we got the win the in end. We made it hard for ourselves but we showed some character to come back at least so that should do the team some good confidence wise.

agreed mate sometimes it's good not to come to the game threads when you have to endure posts like these... all of a sudden the feckin sky is falling... Benitez is screwing MY team
