Pulled shoulder and chest muscle - Bloody hurts

i gave my daughter a piggy back ride to bed on friday and since then i have been in so moch pain with a pulled shoulder and chest muscle, i am not geting no sleep.

i was on all fours when my daughter found it funny to jump and lad on my back just as i only had my right arm on the floor.

i stink of deep heat.....any other ideas that work?

Take some Ibruprofen for inflamation an co codamol for the pain at the same time :nod

Take some Ibruprofen for inflamation an co codamol for the pain at the same time :nod

i have taken 6 Ibruprofen today, think i will more on to both Ibruprofen and co codamol in the morning.
sounds silly but i have found that Ibruprofen been giving me a headache lol

Go see an osteopath or whatever quick. If you pulled something best to get it looked at before you possibly do it worse mate. Those ibruprofens are strong, bad for your liver.

a voltarol injection from the GP, plus see a physio for advice mate

took myself up the hospital this monring at 5am as the pain got so bad, they gave me some stuff that worked right there and then and sent me away with some strong co codamol
