How bout getting out of bed... I found I couldn't lift myself into a sitting position at one stage..... my arms were just numb... it'll get better... give it til the weekend. Besides.. you really should only work out a certain set of muscles every 48hrs to get the best results.... it takes that long for them to relax and get stronger... maybe do upper body opne day and lower body another :upside:

I give myself a 24 hour break each time now Simic, at first I used to go 5 days a week but now I go 3 times a week and do a much harder workout then give myself a 24 hour break.
Try and go Monday Night, Tuesday Night and Thursday Morning, Fridays can sometimes be too busy for me :cool:

First of all stop moaning you poof your muscles hurt as youve been using them so you know youve had a good workout

Radian B in a bath then straight to bed wrapped up warm will help you a bit as it warms your muscles

Make sure you stretch to warm up but you also have to warm down and most people dont do this

Be aware that after exercise your sweaty and that becomes cold so dont prance about the gym get wrapped up warm and warm down properly maintain heat until you shower but still make sure your body is warm as it helps the blood repair your muscle rips after exercise

Youve probably over extended yourself as well
