It does make me smile, though, reading peoples outlooks. It certainly opens your eyes to the mentalities of the posters.

1 point behind in the title race in April, with everything to play for, and you've got folks saying it's all over, and that we should focus on the Champions' League instead.

I honestly believe there are more sensible 2 year olds... :D

What I don't understand is a lot of people said they wanted to be in the mix until late in the season.  Well, theres 7 games left, we are one point down, doesn't get much closer then that.  United isn't entitled to win their game in hand, but Portsmouth has an awful record, but maybe Crouchy can put in a hat trick.

There is a slight sting though that we could of had the league sealed up by now, either way, no point in debating the past.

Bring on BlackBurn  :buttrock  :buttrock

True enough.

By the same token, though, Man Utd could have it sewn up, too.

As could Chelsea. As could Arsenal. As could West Brom.

The fact is we didn't, and neither did they. We need to fight to the end, and a whole bucket-load of negativity won't help a thing.

(But then, should we fail to do it the usual suspects will be able to pout their pigeon chests and say "I told you so.")

It's sad when you think about it. People who profess to want LFC to win, constantly sniping at the team, willing them to lose because they can't accept being wrong.

I wish they'd stop it, though. We're bang in this race, and it's time to show your loyalties, not your disdain.

then you have US on the other hand... is there any chance we'd go out and win all our remaining games in the league ?
title is as good as lost and we might aswell focus on Europe now...

I am yet to see anyone on this forum willing us to lose just to prove ourselves right, quite the opposite, I would love to see us prove me wrong and its pretty pathetic to suggest otherwise, considering I am not worth getting banned for why are you continuing with this petty attempt at a wind up?

As for negativity, I call it realism and I don't see how it will alter what the club do one iota, I doubt very much the players read this and then go onto the pitch with negative thoughts

also if we do fail I will pout and beat my chest and say told you so, aimed directly at the people who go out of their way to try and belittle the posters who allegedly know nothing about football but strangely enough have managed to get it spot on up to now

so lets put a few things to bed, I am 100% behind the team I have watched since 1973 winning the league, I don't think we will win it but I want us to, I won't run and hide if we win it although I will be busy celebrating and be more than happy to be proved wrong.

ok, now turn your focus and petty comments towards someone else, there's a good boy.

oh and with regards to you still abusing posters, I say to certain people 'I told you so'   :;):

Couldnt sleep fumin over that winner, but a few weeks ago we where out of it, and even looking over our shoulders thinking Villa could be a threat. Not anymore we are right back in it, them manc tw@ts are sh!tting themselves because its us, you can see how its getting to them callin Gazbaz a murderer etc.

Before its only been Arsenal and Chelsea they have been in this title race with, now its all about matching our record thats pressure like they have never had Rooneys temper is gettin the better of them, that diving greasy gobsh!te keeps throwing wobblers all over the shop, the defence is leaking goals like a seive, they are bricking it big time we know it, they know it.

I believe in fate and that ginsoaked arl broken veined face b@stard is NOT going to get his wish im afraid he will have to be sticking around a few more years yet cause this one is ours your not getting it and now its time for a new era of dominance and not from Man United your time is up the red juganaught is about to knock you off your fuckin perch.

Believe.

Damn i was very happy until 80th minute. Never expected Machuda ( means mofu in Hindi) to score that goal and get them 3 points. Villa and MON suck big time. and why on earth would be 5 minutes be added to the time. Whiskeynose is proper nonsense  :veryangry

why united is above us
it only is because there can't be two teams at the top
and the title race is still on
and you can't say we can not win it

every paper, every news broadcast, the lot, his fecking face, that little sh!t kissing the camera, what a bum fukking piece of w@nk he is.

Lets get this :censored: out the way and stuff chelsea!
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road
