Strangely satisfying result. Mixed feelings, but I'm not disappointed. I'll take 3 points from them at Anfield, 1 off United at OT, and another 3 off Chelsea at home. That would be good going for us in a season, and could potentially win us the league.

Insua was my man of the match. he was superb and showed loads of grit in his play.

really poor 2nd half why did we dip so much we looked like southend.

Rafa with poor subs yet agian to late and players looked like they was happy for draw.

I'm not too bothered about a draw here, could have been worse. Chelsea play the scum on the early January so hopefully it won't last too long, there's loads of dodgy games for all teams in the second half of the season. If we can hold out until Torres comes back I reckon we are within a good shout

Bav, mate, I tend to agree if we were swamping their penalty area and they defended with their lives.

Arsenal lost their midfield general and had Adebayor sent off. But they outpassed us time and again with better build-ups in our half and we instead played with an extra man but like we were so scared of conceding...waiting for Arsenal to come at us.

A decent point, but why didn't we try and win it?

for the game... Rafa really was making fool of himself with these phone calls. His tactics are usual thing. Wigan would make a chance with 11 men against 10,end of story

Wack off to your ego somewhere else.  A lot of people thought this game would be a draw, but kept it to themselves.  Your professor Babel played like sh.it.  I know he is a striker, but surely we have to rule that out by now.  It wont happen!  (Well, you never know with rafa.  But were pretty sure it wont).

I think they did Mick, they just lack a cutting edge. It's been one of the problems all season.

We should have played with 2 up when Adebayor got sent off though.

To leave yourself open against Arsenal at their's is potential suicide. Everyone knows they can string passes together in a matter of seconds and kill you dead. People will inevitably call the tactics here negative once again, but as United and Chelsea found out...

fair enough we would have took a point before the game started, but the way the game panned out ya have to say its 2 points dropped! why did we only go with 2 up top with 2 minutes left? could we not have took off a defender and threw on another striker with 15 mins left! they were never gonna hurt us with van persie isolated up top alone! taking off riera for babel? what good was that going to do? babel was muck when he came on! why not leave riera on, take off lucas and put babel up front with keane
