PMSL   I really hope you enjoyed your pineapple mate (no sarcasm) thats such a random thing to say. :D

Sorry, guys. It seemed that eating pineapple has another meaning to you. What is it? I didn't get it.

Nah mate it doesn t have another meaning (or one that I know of) but I'd hazard a good guess your not in England right now ?

I'm not an English. What's the matter?

Nothing mate you carry on.

Its just that I couldnt envisage a football fan celebrating a win by eating a pineapple. I'm not knocking it, I may even try it myself.  :D

Manhattan was once watching a football match with a male friend a few weeks ago.

After the game, we didn't eat pineapples.

But we sucked bananas instead!

we didn't choose it particularly. Just a coincidence.

Don't mind Manhattan. I'll laugh at anything.

Even my own reflection.

On account of Manhattan being so comically ugly.

It's a cultrural thing mate, we tend to celebrate by drinking lots of cranberry juice and whilst you have every right to eat pineapples ,it just seems abit over the top to eat pineapples , after all it was only a football match :)

OK, then.
btw, you mentioned eating bananas after a match. I suppose it has no special meaning, either?

culture difference explains it all. Perhaps I have to be more careful next time I post something like this.
btw, when do you suppose a right time to have pineapple?

Thanks! hope it is not an irony, though. In fact, if having sth can really keep us win, I will try to keep on. Football sometimes makes you superstitious, you know.
