All well and good, but one reason for Anderson starting regularly could simply be him being a better player, could it not?

Totally agree, Anderson is better than Lucas, different class.

Again, like with Kuyt, I dont think listing achievements in a foreign league adds any weight to a debate. Totally irrelevant.

Perhaps he is different class (though his shooting is absolutely abysmal it has to be said), but that's also clearly reflected in the prizes which we and the mancs paid for the two players respectively. Whilst Lucas cost something like 6 million, didn't they pay around 18 million for Anderson? In that case you would expect him to be somewhat better, wouldn't you?

Think anderson and lucas different players also anderson has been playing in europe for a bit longer . Lucas is decent at the moment and still a bit inconsistent - not sure what the future holds for him , sometimes i think he has got good ability on the ball and passing sometimes looks out of his depth . Think at the moment rafa trying him in a few different type of CM roles- ie pushing higher or being deeper, he still young and still learning his trade and think he could go either way .

As for getting more games, Lucas has 19, Anderson 25 apparently.

Do those 6 games really make all the difference?

I think its because the Utd central midfield lacks the quality of that we possess.

and have you said 1 positive thing about ANY LFC player since you came on here?

Maybe have a read of some of my posts, see what you find. I've posted on the most popular discussion threads, which have been Lucas, Babel, Pennant and Kuyt.

I forgot you're in charge here, forgive me. Maybe you could make me look foolish or something, you know teach me a proper lesson...

Or perhaps you could go chill your boots elsewhere seeing as you evidently can't deal with somebody disagreeing with you, or even providing suggestions as to why a player might have played more matches.

No idea mate, it was your argument, feel free to back it up with that information - it'd certainly add some weight to your point if the information works in your favour. Otherwise it just looks a bit ill-informed.

Get the stats on Wiki mate, im not in the mood to run through hoops. You could always try watching a few matches to see how often he figured but you must have been too busy thinking up clever putdowns about Dirk Kuyt.

Tell me, If Babel hadnt scored against the Mancs would he be getting the same kind of treatment from you?

Does Kuyt have to be dragged into every thread then ? and does every thread have to include petty insults ? ???

I have no problem with people voicing there opinions regardless if they disagree with me or not, what i do have a problem with is people that come on and put the badmouth on the players, the team and the manager then make sarcastic little passive aggressive comments to myself and others, or simply just start flat out insulting us when their views are called to task

You must hate yourself.

I have no axe to grind with you, I've been here a matter of days but you issued a needless threat to boot me off this board. Quite how I have no idea given that you don't moderate it, but hey ho.

If you prefer everyone to blindly praise players who do not always warrant it, then feel free to carry on but I'm not prepared to talk :censored: that I don't believe just to keep some angry stranger content on a messageboard.

Don't like that then it's tough unfortunately. I'll just keep on posting here til somebody who actually runs the place tells me I've stepped out of line. Til then get over yourself (or at least make me look foolish as you promised you would do!!  )

Everyone else seems happy to debate, my points, it's only you with the chip on your shoulder because I disagree with you.

As I've told you, I've posted in the Babel thread, maybe wander over and have a browse there, see what you find?

But do me a favour, if you disagree, don't cry about it eh?
