Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

I hope Reira and babel are on the wings instead of Benayoun & Kuyt but its not going to happen is it  ???

Weird seeing Degen in them pictures forgot all about him.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

I don't know it it is a good idea to rush them back.  I think I'd rather see them both on the bench or maybe even in the stands.. very nervous that playing them could make things worse ala Michael Owen!
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

have you seen who they have injured according to physio room?

Anderson, Carrick, Hargreaves, Giggs and Ronaldo.

Who will they play in the middle??  Great chance for Mascha to boss the middle of the park with Alonso??

I want Keane as close to Torres as possible. One upfront is negative imo. Ditch this 451 stuff and have a go.

If thats the case i'm sure it would be Scholes and O'Shea.

Torres is fit, Gerrard is fit, Carrick is fit, Hargreaves is fit, and Nani's suspension is over.

No word on if they are all starting, but everyone seems to be fit.  I wouldn't be surprised if Ronaldo got some time in  :D

Hargreaves ?

The papers (who only ever print the truth  :D ) where saying that he broke down again last week and he is in a bad way.

I'd trust your source over mine, but here it is:

New £30.75 million deadline day recruit Dimitar Berbatov could start on the bench as Carlos Tevez returned from international duty earlier than expected following his red card for Argentina last weekend. Michael Carrick returns to the squad after an ankle injury as does Owen Hargreaves after a knee problem. Cristiano Ronaldo remains out but compatriot Nani is available again after serving a suspension.

why do I have a feeling that that swiss guy degen doesn't seem to take things very seriously... I can just imagine him smiling at the back there... as opposed to gerrard, torres, and alonso's serious faces... no wonder he couldn't break into the starting line up... :D
