There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

If it affected you you would know why its a joke.

No offense taken leon, I live on a cloud over here.

The exchange rate has gone from 3.85 R$ to the USD to 1.62 today in the last 5 years and the Sterling/USD$ exchange rate has now topped out at around 1.96-2.0 so what do I know about increasing costs and decreasing income?

Dont worry Reg, Leon has a slight phobia of people who live outside Liverpool. Its a funny little world he lives in, almost hermit like.

Does the money go into the club? I doubt it

you fuc.king idiot.

I am simply saying that if you do not purchase tickets regular now - and understand the implications that £29 per season bring - then you cant state that it seems a good idea.

Reg wrote:Ok Igor, so lets say of the 75-100,000, 50,000 sign up thats, 1,450,000 quid a year.

For the cost of issuing a plastic card. Nice business eh, money for nothing but it would certainly help pay the academy wages etc... no?

If fans dont pay the club increased revenue how do we make up for the fact we have a shiit small stadium compared to ManUre and are losing out on 10's of million of quid revenue every year due to that?

There is commercial logic behind it, its just that we dont want it to happen to us, no?

How much is a fancard now £2,50 £3  , how can they justify putting the prices up to £29.00 for something that's going to do exactly the same thing , it's feckin outrageous. Your dead right it's logical commercially . It's just the start of the sucker fans paying for there i repeat there debt . :veryangry

spot on mate! it fecking baffle"s me why this is even an
issue! if anyone has never been to a protest outside the
ground, or even knows what the protest is even about
then fecking wake up  :veryangry  this club has never
looked to ripping it"s fans off, so don"t fecking try &
do it now. feck off you yank :censored:,& with the protest
last week, let"s keep it going so they feck off before
the the season start"s again. i will do everthing in my
power to make sure i"m not ripped off, & if that means
demonstrations etc then bring it on. i fecking despise
the way they are trying to rule this club, by trying
to justify the only way we can compete with other
big money club"s is by trying to fecking rip us fans off!!
my son is the next generation of LFC fan base & to
educate him in the history of our be-loved club etc
is fecking difficult when the owners are trying to price me
out of taking him to games! that"s if i even afford a ticket
for us via a fan card etc in the first place.
people on here who don"t go to games, really need to
think before they post!! this is a fecking disgrace
& the S O S should be very proud of themselves
this is what this club is, proud of it"s history, & not
let anyone rip off or trying ruin this club of ours!!

or am i missing something?

For one season, THEN PHASED OUT!!!

YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE THIS NEW CARD, ALL OTHER CARDS CEASE TO EXIST.

ITS A BIG FU.CKIN SLAP IN THE FACE.

As for putting money in the club, I put enough in buying the shirt, going the game, paying 2.80 for a :censored: hot pie that is too hot when you buy it and too cold at half time.

Its beyond a :censored: joke this.

raffa mate spot on!! says it all for me  :bowdown

totally ignoring the fact that they don't talk to each other so the possibility is that this scheme comes from parry

These :censored: make a knob of rafa, talk to other managers, OK this rip off scheme, dont start any work on the new ground, drag the club into debt, ignore the fans, give the club a bad name and will start talks next week on a groundshare.

but people are just using this as an excuse to have a pop at our wonderful neighbours according to peewee herman.

You could not be any more out of touch with the real world if you tried.

people on this forum should read your posts more mate
cause you can educate so many so called LFC fans on
the facts that matter, on a daily basis.  :bowdown
