CHELSEA vs LIVERPOOL: 30/04/08 7.45pm - Champions League Semi Final - 2nd Leg

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Does anybody remember this time last year when Drogba bullied Agger all over the park at Stamford Bridge? Remember Agger's performance in the return leg?

This time last year Agger was getting the flak but the guy dug in and was one of the best players on the park and scored our goal.

Here's hoping the same will happen for John Arne. He has had a terrible season and may be on his way out of the club but he has a history of scoring important goals and I think all the fans should get behind him for the return leg.

i had a vivid dream last night, crouch is pulled down in their box, last minute penalty that gerrard tucks away, it was so real i woke up happy thinking about the game i had just watched, the confusing part is that he then lifted the cup at the end

Did you check your kacks afterwards to see if they were sticky?

i'm still convinced we can go through in this tie, despite not scoring at the bridge under rafa. hell we should have won down there in the league last season and this season and would have done if we'd taken our chances.

we've scored in every away game in the CL this season. at 0-0 or even if we go a goal down, nothing has essentially changed in that we have to score a goal to progress.

I dreamed the return leg was on early morning and we won it 5-1, shows what a dream counts for................

These plastic b@stards are there for the taking going by what I've just watched at the Bridge earlier. An OG and a fortunate penalty has practically kept their season alive. Jammy b@stards. It'll sicken me if the two best teams in this competition aren't in the final. That's us and Barca.

Anyone know whats wrong with Drogba and Ballack?  It seemed like they were arguing with eachother twice mid game.  Hopefully this carries over to Tuesday...

They were arguing over who was taking a free kick in a good position.

Then when they got their pen Drogba was less than keen it seems.Says it all about the player really!Diving bas.tard with balls the size of peanuts!

Drogba was basically saying that his "headband and long stringy hair" look was infinitely superior to Ballack's "curly pubes" hairstyle.

Lol, looks like after we beat Chelsea on tuesday they might want to fight us:

United In Post-Match Bust-Up
Sat 26 Apr, 05:09 PM

Chelsea's groundstaff were involved in a post-match bust-up with Manchester United players during a warm-down session at Stamford Bridge.
United's Patrice Evra, Paul Scholes, John O'Shea, Gerard Pique and Gary Neville were taking part in the warm-down on the pitch when they were asked to move by Chelsea groundstaff.
The row erupted when the players refused to come off the pitch and an altercation broke out between Chelsea stewards, groundstaff and the United players.
Chelsea had earlier beaten Manchester United 2-1 to go level on points at the top of the Barclays Premier table.
