I can't stand that thug Terry, he should have had a red card by the end of the match yesterday.   Hopefully Torres can have more freedom in the next match since Terry's one yellow away from suspension.

I missed the last 20 or so minutes because i had to go home from work.... my mate said Terry DID get red carded..

Disappointed with the result, thought we were the better team last night.
Torres had that great chance and the opportunity where he could have been through one on one which he failed to take.....thought he tried hard ut wasn't working for him last night, or Gerrard for the most part to be honest...

I was happy with the way we came out attacking in the second half but annoyed at the fact we eased off the pressure too much to allow them back in the game, thats how we've had so many draws this season.....even though the own goal was unlucky....thought we defended very well most of the game.


Still i have faith we will get through..........We need to score and at least this way we have to do it.

We would have needed one anyway, since I didn't think 1-0 was enough to sit on.

I've been pondering that all day. I've come to the conclusion that 1-0 probably wasn't good enough anyway, and I'd prefered if we went into that game with the attitude of needing a goal. Still, I can't help but think that if we did score down there protecting a goal lead, then they'd have needed a miracle akin to Istanbul to progress, and you know that we are the only team that does that kind of sh*t.

Watching the way Terry and his cronies were dishing it out to Torres and some of our other lads I couldn't help but wish that we had a Souness or a Tommy Smith in the team, we don't seem to have a "hard man" to sort out c'unts like Terry, Gerrard and Mascher are tough but not intimidating.
