i know most people are interrested in the inter and hicks v dic`s threads but i was just looking through our squad and came to pepe`s page

he`s won the golden glove in each of his 2seasons.....does anybody know if hes on target for it this year...because consecutive golden gloves in your first 3 seasons would be quite an acheivement

??

Good shout, and he deserves as much credit as Gerrard or Torres. But we all know how is football. A striker misses 5 scores one ---> hero. A Goalie saves 50, concedes one----> villain.

It's indeed a great achievement to get the golden glove two years in a row.

Pepe is the second best keeper in our history IMO, just behind Clemance. He's the best keeper in the world right now and has been for the last two and a half years. He doesn't get the praise he deserves, whereas Calamity Cech gets praised for :censored:

i didnt mean to start a debate on how good he is because im pretty sure we all agree hes been amazing for us and is one of the players to build the team around :buttrock

Agreed, how could you sack a manager who's signed the best 'keeper and best centre back in the world?
