Hello, I am fan of Atletico de Madrid, simply I wish that "disfruteis" you of the best thing of Fernando Torres, he is crack, and I am sure that it prevailed and took you upper surrounded by great players Fernando burnt not to leave the Athletic one, has forced him the director, they have taken to the misery, and no longer it is left almost nothing of the Athletic one of great Madrid that was, single was left Torres Seguire always everything what Towers in your equipment do, I wish much luck you and you take care of Fernando of our part, is crack

You’re being melodramatic; one large scale signing for the substantial sum of £27m is not going to force us into administration. There is clearly a flexible and sustainable financial muscle with Gillett and Hicks’ introduction here at Liverpool.

Who is to say Rafa will spend that amount per player? This could happen only once in his managerial reign, so let’s not try and predict the future. I appreciate and share your concerns about losing money and you are correct when you state the obvious fact that Chelsea are the only team in place who can afford to lose tens of millions in the transfer market.

As for not reclaiming our money on transfers, we have to spend in order to accumulate. If Torres is a success along with our other signings over the next season or two and Liverpool capture the Premiership amongst other accolades then the club is accumulating silverware and making the revenue spent on these players. Then there is revenue from a new stadium, merchandise and interest rates, so I have no doubt the club are in safe hands.

You are correct though, I wouldn’t like to see us spending such a substantial amount per player like Chelsea, the idea of spending a vast amount on players doesn’t appeal to me, but the odd signing like Fernando Torres isn’t going to hurt the bank balance. I’m sure Rafa will continue to adopt his transfer policy of not paying over the odds for a player.

Hola, I am Dani, a fan of the Atletico de Madrid.

The interest rojiblanca is of mourning. Us there leaves the Athletic only one that we still had. There leaves the best player of the Athletic one. There leaves one of the best forwards of the league. The big one leaves, a crack leaves. We are suffering a kidnapping on the part of our board. For 20 years they have sunk(destroyed) the equipment(team). Now a success is entering the UEFA, before was to gain(earn) a glass. Above they steal money from us to the club and now they bandage to Towers. Towers he is a god. Sure that it(he,she) leaves in the Liverpool, it is the ideal equipment(team) for Fernando Torres for the way of playing. Now only I expect to give him(her) a great farewell. I'm an atletico supporter and as asturcolchonero said Liverpool has been ever one of our prefered Europeans teams. With Boca Juniors probabily is one of the worlwide teams that atleticos like the most. They use to say that the supporters are similar and feel the colors of our teams more than other clubs.
I have a season ticket for ATM and somedays I go to the match with my "Liverpool Scarf" that a good Liverpool suporter and best person (Rob Leighton) gave me some years ago.
These are being dificult days for ATM sups. Probabily its very difficult for you to understand wath "this kid" means for us. I've read on Owen and the Gerard situation. Probabily are similar but, let me explain what is ATM situation nowadays. As probabily you know, we use to be one of the best teams in Spain. We use to play in Europe all the years. Seven years ago, because of a difficult situation with the manager of the club and the justice ATM fall to 2nd division. There was a sad feeling but then the ATM spirit apeared, the number of "abonados" (owner of season tickets) increased a lot and ... a shameless boy 17 years old came to the first team. He wasnt just a good player, he was a ATM fan, with the same idols that we had, worried for the club as we were. This boy grow up and he become capitan, he put his pair of :censored:

match after match. Torres was really a very good player with one important handicap. He belong to ATM, not "the trampas" (the traps = the whites), the trampas has a "mud player" that they make and idol and they can not afford a young player red and white stripped, were compared to him. Thus all the "trampas media force" become to criticize Torres. Torres declared that the he ever wont play in "the trampas". Never.
Torres has been for the last five years the player who scored most goals in ATM, first or second spanish player in the league (allway more than the "mud player"). But Torres also was the player that when the things went bad, took the team and went straight to the victory.
Last years we were very proud on him, more than the rest of the team. Even more than the club. Summer after summer Torres were put in the market and finally he stops the operations because he beleaved the next year will be our year. But this season, a new deception and the sensation that Torres is wasting the best years of his carreer. Most of ATMs wanted for Torres to go out, to a big team in Europe. We think this is the way for him to show all the world what we saw all the weeks in the Manzanares. We think is the way to shut up mouths that say Torres will be an eternal promise.
We have a bittersweet sensation. After Barcelona match I wish he go out. But in the last days I read newspapers with the hope that It were the same that other summers.
You not gain only a very good player. You also gain thousand of supponertes that every Sunday will look for the Liverpool's cronical, that will look for match tickets and low cost fligths to Liverpool (by the way tell us on how to get tickets)... And we gain a team that play Champions.
And that win the Premier.
